I have over 10 years combined experience in customer service, marketing, sales, and 6 years experience in graphic and web design.
I got my start with web design in 2017 when my husband started his residential renovation and remolding business. He needed help setting himself apart from other businesses in town and my can do attitude lead me to building me very first website with his business (Thanks for being my guinea pig, honey) and within 6 months he landed a $30,000 renovation project through his website.
Four months later, I was talking to my mom who had been given an astronomical quote for a website for her therapeutic massage business. I said let me take a stab at it and I successfully built my second website and for a fraction of the cost she had originally been quoted. She was able to start booking clients online which helped simplify the tedious, manual onboarding process in her business.
Working with these two entrepreneurs in my life, I realized there was a need for a no bullsh*t approach to web design and that is what has brought me here.
What exactly is this no bullsh*t approach might you ask?
As your web designer, I won’t oversell you on stuff you don’t need, force you into expensive, ridiculous contracts, and I promise to always act as your friend in web design.
This approach carries into my web design + development process as well. I strive to build websites that are minimalistic in design, easy to manage, and optimized for the user. I base my approach around solving the problems of your business AND your customer. I do this by creating an effective user journey, designing with accessibility in mind, and following known best practices for search engine optimization.
On a personal note: I am from Georgia and have lived in Colorado since 2021 with my husband, 2 kids, and 3 dogs!
I'm from the South which means y'all is a staple in my vocabulary and, well, y'all means all! I promise to never act in a way that makes anyone feel marginalized or undervalued.
I understand that no two businesses are the same which is why I offer flexible payment plans and timelines for every single one of my clients.
Your website is one of the greatest marketing tools you have and I promise to work with you make sure that you not only know how to use it but feel empowered to do so as well.
